My cloud app keeps popping up saying WiFi detected please login . But when I try a message pops up and says it can't error number 29

that's really weird... I would maybe try clearing the app data and force stopping, see if that helps...
(settings>app manager>swipe left until you get to the list of "all" apps>tap on cloud app>click force stop and clear data

Hi Butterflies4all,
That's not good! It sounds like you have your Cloud application set to sync over Wi-fi. Please go to the cloud application>settings> and turn off sync over Wi-fi. Please keep in mind data charges can apply if the cloud syncs over the data network. Your Cloud password should be the same as your MyVZW password.
