I switched to the Galaxy S4 and it has been a disaster. My phone has trouble dialing out/messaging, playing media (Pandora, voice wiki etc), and is moving very slowly. The worst part is that the problems are erratic - sometimes the phone works, sometimes it doesn't. Lately it is working less and less often. I have removed the battery and SIM card multiple times, I have performed a factory reset, I have cleared every cache I could think of, and I am still having these problems. I'm beginning to suspect there is a hardware issue. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on here? Thank you!
