galaxy note 3 lost service, was new and did work for a week and then lost service, I reset setting to factory and it worked again for a day. help

please help , I cannot keep this phone working with verizon,  I reset to factory settings and it came back on for a day and lost service again.  they rest of the pphone works and wifi works

Let's get to the bottom of this for you. Are you just not able to make and receive calls but can access the web? Can you try removing and reinserting the sim card to see if that solves the problem?
