what does a factory reset really do to the phone. I know you have to backup your info to your pc so you can transfer back. Has anyone done this and was sucessful at getting there phone to work properly. ERIS phone
Performed a factory reset when I took the phone over after my wife got a blackberry. Factory reset wipes the phone back to a basic factory release state. I was able to activate phone under my account without an issue.
