factory reset??

Hi everyone. . .

 

If I perform a factory reset on my Eris, will I have to get it reactivated again at the store?  Also, will I have to pay again for any apps that I downloaded before the reset when i go back to Market and try to reinstall??

Actually, I just performed the Hard Reset, and I went to install one of the paid apps, and it is ASKING FOR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

 

Did you just guess, or am I missing something??
