I have a Samsung Galaxy S. My email carrier is @sbcglobal.net. I set my droid to check for email on the hour. Sometimes the unit says I have email most times not. It seems to work best when first turned on. Sometimes when I do a manual check for email I will get 2or 3 days of old email and sometimes none at all. What do I do to correct problem?

You may want to delete the email account then install your email application on your device. Once installed back onto your device, you will need to reset your email settings.
Removing Email
- From a home screen, select Applications.
- Select Email.
- From the Email account screen, select and hold the email account.
To return to the Email account screenselect Menu > Accounts. - Select Remove account.
