My tablet used to work using Verizon network when I'm at my office (I can't use the companies wifi), now it says I have no service while I'm at work. I went through the troubleshooting steps, I'm not at my data limit, airplane mode is not on, I have no data limits set on my tablet, I've done a soft reset, reinstalled the sim card. Still no internet connection. Any advice?

I called Verizon tech support they're sending me a new SIM card. My card may be bad. They also told me how to use my iPhone as a hotspot if the new SIM card doesn't work. So problem sort of solved.

No there havent been any storms or construction. No one else is having this problem and I have service on my cell phone which is on the same plan.

I also just realized I'm not connected at home either. I can only use my tablet with WiFi.

I have the same problem. No storms. Yes update, several days before this issue. Yes, new app, candy crush, already deleted. No change.

It's happening in both 14047 and 14203 zip codes. But if I have data service on my cell phone should outages in certain zip codes effect that also?

Thanks for replying. I'm not showing any any issues in the area. I'm glad your cell phone is working. Does the tablet connect outside? Please power down then remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.
