I'm very disappointed in the droid turbo. I'm on my replacement phone. And still have same problems. Calls won't ring, just get voice mail, phone goes to 1x when making calls, no data and voice at same time, even in good 4glte areas, blue tooth it's garbled most of the time. My customers can't understand me 1/2 of the time. Not happy at all. They should have beta tested this phone before release. I want my old phone back. Please advise
Are you using your old original sim card in your replacement phone? You may have a sim card problem and need a new card. You can get one for free from any Verizon Corp Store and I would try a new sim just to be sure. If your phone is under warranty/ or Total protection plan and still not working after the sim replacement I would consider a return.
