so just last night i set my alarm for the morning and i plug it into the charger and then it resets its self so i think its normal cause it does it all the time and i got used to it but then it turns off again and wont turn back on no matter what i tried. i was wondering if anyone else is having issues like this or can offer any help. i will be sending it in for a replacement a soon as i get the chance but this is just ridiculous i havent even had this phone for a year and it does this 😕

I use my phone for an alarm as well so I understand. Let's fix this! When the device resets does it power off and back on or does it erase the information from the phone? Has the phone powered back on now? If so, please run the device in safe mode when available here http://vz.to/oMhxWu test and advise. i tried all of those solutions and none of them worked the phone wont turn on at all i even tried my buddys battery for the same phone and it still wouldnt turn on at the moment its just a paper weight
