If you have access to the internet and a ph# with Verizon Wireless you can log into the website (or create an account).
What kind of 'support' are you looking for??

I have been trying to transfer contact info from my old phone to my new phone. Nothing works as per the instructions, no info in your FAQ that pertains to my issues. No contact support info that I am able to connect with and no phone numbers to call.

What are the two phones involved (new and old)? Where are the contacts from the old phone backed up? ARE the contacts backed up anywhere?
In general terms, you can use Verizon's backup assistant or cloud to back up your contacts on the old phone, then when the new phone is activated, login to the Verizon cloud to restore.
However, if the old phone is an Android device, backing up and restoring through Google is my preferred method. (I'm assuming at least the new phone is Android based on the posting space.) Once you have a Google account and an Android phone, Google is the way to back it all up.
If this doesn't get you back in business,, post back with your specific phone models and we can give more specific directions.

My old phone is a Motorola Razzor Max. No sim, and does not let me log in to back up the content.
The new phone is an IPhone 6.

Thanks for those details, Scott4823. The SIM card is what tells us the phone is registered on our network. Do you still have the Razr Maxx SIM card? If so, you can pop that in and activate that phone to complete a back up or sync to the Cloud http://vz.to/1bMJKdc.
You will have a brand new SIM card for the iPhone 6 which is different than the type used in the Razr Maxx.
