do I need to download a driver for my pantech breakout

to transfer data/images from phone to computer?  I have had the phone for a year and have never been able to do it.  I connect it to the computer via USB but nothing else happens... anyone????

Hello there, Snow! I connect my devices to my computer for picture and music syncing on a regular basis. One thing I know about PC's is that they will require drivers for any device that you attach to it (particularly through a USB cable). So yes, please do obtain the driver for your Breakout in order to sync between it and your PC.
