deleted emails

my deleted emails keep coming back to my in box. is there a way to stop this?

You have to sync with the server.  Login to your email from a PC and select your preference for sync services. That way when you delete an email on your phone, it puts the email in the deleted folder on the server, and then the email is not re downloaded back to your phone.

Thanks for responding. Will this then delete the emails from my pc because i only want to delete from phone. There was a verizon software update i think yesterday and now deleted phone emails are coming back. Thx.
