The account owner is usually who's name and social security number was used to open the postpaid account.
Prepaid accounts only have account members and no owners or managers.
You can also register online for My Verizon.
1. Register with the number being used by the person financially responsible for the account.
2. Once registration is complete and you're signed in, hover/click on My profile and click Assign Account Managers.
