card readers!?

I have a Razor M & my daughter has a Droid 4. We both need a credit card reader. Any recommendations for which one to use. Paypal doesn't recognize either phone! ugh ~

I have a Droid 4, and a Paypal card reader - do you have the latest version of the PayPal Here app? 

I second Ann154's suggestion for Square - I have a Samsung tablet that does not "do" PayPal, but does do Square, and I use both Square and PayPal on my Droid 4.
