when ever i open the app it sayes phone not supported i have the note 2 and sayes the isis wallet cannot read your secure element id and to contact your wirless provider
Have you replaced the SIM card which came with the phone with a new NFC SIM card which is required in order for the app to work?

Currently if you do not live in Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, UT you will have to contact CS at *611 from your phone. Ask them to send you an NFC SIM card so you can use ISIS. This is how I got mine.

If you DO live in Austin or SLC, they should be available in local Verizon stores.
I read recently, though, that the nationwide rollout of ISIS is scheduled for later this year and at that time the NFC SIM cards should be available at Verizon stores nationwide.
