I tried to install the familybase companion app on my daughters Galaxy S5 which HAS NOT BEEN upgraded to the marshmallow and it will not install. The message reads the companion app is not compatible. How can I get it to install?
If you were downloading from google play you will have to reach out to the developer.
I would use Life360. It is more reliable and accurate as far as location goes, and works on all devices even cross platform (Apple/Android)
