Are you talking about the Personal Unblocking Key?

Is the phone active on Verizon?   If so you can login to your account select the device under My Devices and look on the right for My Pin and Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) link, this will give you both.

I've been looking without luck, i think i don't get that option cause i got

Gotcha that is true, from another VZW rep posting in the forums:

In order to have the PUK code retrieved, we need the prepaid mobile number and the MEID of the device.

Once you have these two pieces of information then I encourage you to give us a call at 1-800-786-8419. We are looking forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved!
