I dropped my phone earlier and since then I have been unable to switch my camera from back to front. The camera screen fades as if it were about to switch but does not change to the front
Oh no, starbear555. Sorry to hear about your phone, and what happened to the camera. Let's see if we can get it working, though it is possible something might have happened with it due to the drop. Please try holding down both the Power and Volume Down keys, simultaneously, until your phone shuts down and restarts. If it takes a screen snap shot, this is normal. Let us know if your camera returns back to normal.
