my kyocera brigadier had a very low battery, then it turned off. Now it won't turn back on after being on charge for 30 minutes ? has this ever happened to anyone? if so how did you recover it ?

It’s important to me that you have a working device. Let’s take a closer look.
Were you using the wall charger that came with the device when this happened? Does your device recognize the charger when it’s plugged in? Leave it charged for a few hours and then attempt to power the device back on. Please keep me posted with your results.
