blue tooth problems

I went to a Verizon kiosk in my local mall, and the manager showed me a great thing to do till the blue tooth problem is solved.  I put my frequently called contacts onto the home page by:  getting to shortcuts (pressing down on home page for 2 seconds), choosing DIRECT DIAL; then pressing down on the contact of my choice.  Now all I have to do is tap that icon on the home page, and the call is sent.  With my blue tooth already on and at my ear, this takes only 2 seconds to do!!  I am happy now, and can wait til the issue is taken care of - which might be as early as December 11 - as stated in a blurb from Verizon - that I read late Friday night.  :smileytongue:
