that is patently NOT TRUE. Over 6000 hate comments on a verizon push ad on Facebook and my Galaxy S5 and a friends new Note 4 have been screwed ! All complaints are legit and the update was unnecessary. Interface and color pallet is puke ugly and performance is eating battery and stuttering and lags. Crashes more than a service pack from a windows box. I chose the "No Thanks" when they tried to update me the first time only to have Verizon push the nagware on my Note 3 a few weeks later... NO MEANS NO !!! They are also crooks.. by stealing over a 1gig on my data plan after I was stopping the unauthorized upload on my wi fi.
They have sent me three phones and they all have issues. Now they tell me I'm still going to be charged for the protection plan but they won't replace my phone. I'm going to be taking to my attorney about that and the local news people who do reports on companies doing things like this to people.
Fixed got an I phone 6 I am happy again.
