The yahoo mail app drained all of our data overnight (15 GB+) After lengthy conversations with Customer service I got a $25 bill credit which doesn't make a dent in our bill. Any one else experience this?

Jessicajtorres,
That's quite a bit of data for one app to use overnight! Was it backing up pictures or videos or something similar? Have you gotten it to stop using data to avoid any further data overages? If not, please let us know which make/model phone you have so we can stop that kind of usage!

Yes I immediately deleted the app and determined from yahoo that it was a bug in the app that others experienced the same issue. I must say im disappointed in the service I receieved from Verizon and I have yet to speak with a supervisor as I requested. My friend had the same issue and ATT noticed logged them out of yahoo and reversed charges without any hassle. All i have experienced with this issue is a hassle and hours spent on the phone.
