Will the One Plus be usable on the Verizon network?

Ask the title asks. Will I be able to purchase an unlocked one plus and replace my current phone with it?

No. The device you are referring to isn't compatible with the CDMA network used currently for voice and 3G data by Verizon Wireless. The LTE network might not be compatible too.
