T-Mobile?? Sprint????  Good luck with those networks! I've had all the tier one carriers and nobody comes close to Verizon's network. As for Sprint, NOTHING could make me go back to them.

I've got three lines and a MRC in excess of $240. I'm out of contract and ready for new phones on all three lines. 90% of my usage is in my home town where all carriers have significant coverage.  If Samsung Pay isn't supported within the next two weeks I'll be out of patience and a new customer of another carrier. I'm getting three new phones regardless. Your move Big Red.

Verizon - you are being waaaay too controlling. Samsung Pay should have been available from the start - this and other decisions like this (I remember having to wait for Nexus software upgrade months after it was released) WILL come back to bite you. Once my contract is up I really will be switching. Tired of the "we are in charge of what you can get" attitude.

cmon verizon please stop trying to figure out a way to charge us for this service and support it already.  Looking like the big red dinosaur hungry for money more and more each day.  Someone's either going to figure out how to load this on your phones without you (making you look even more incompetent) or people are going to move to other carriers instead of waiting around on you.  Get with it.

You guys give Verizon a break they were not prepared. They thought Samsung

meant 2016. They need to prepare their network. Smiley Happy

A little over a week ago I filed a complaint with the FCC citing Samsung Pay not being allowed on the Verizon network while other Pay systems are, like Android Pay.  My complaint centered around Net Neutrality.

On Friday, Sept 25, 2015, in the late afternoon, I received a call from Verizon Executive Office stating that Greg (don't remember the last name) would be calling me on Monday as he was out of the office Friday.  The call was placed to my cell phone and I was asked to verify the last 4 of my Social.  So they know my number.  It is now 8:30am on Tuesday and of course no one has called, and I really did not expect anyone would.  I would imagine that the Admin Person that called, responded back to the FCC that I was contacted and it is now considered by Verizon to be resolved.

Well, that is not the case.  To paraphrase a famous person, I have a keyboard and the internet and I know how to use them.  It only takes a few keystrokes to notify the FCC of Verizon's failure to do better than tell me someone will be in touch and then fail to follow through.

Verizon stated over a month ago that they would keep us informed. The silence speaks volumes --  Verizon could care less about their customers. If it were not for the coverage Verizon has in the North West, I would be jumping ship myself.  But remember Verizon does not care about losing customers and they have said so stated in public.  So when I switch it will not be to send a signal to Verizon, but rather to get better service and to be able to use the products I buy.

i understand that verizon does not want to unlock the bootloader because people trade in there phones and they cant resell them(make more money) nad probably tkaes more time to get them ready to be resold.   However,  make a clause that says if you want your phone unlocked you can not purchase insurance, you have to buy it out right (no contract) and you cant trade it in to us at the end.  everyone wins that way.

This is one of the main selling points for the S6 edge. Along with the growing number of dead spots I'm finding across the country, if Verizon decides not to support Samsung Pay, I'll probably go to another carrier. Especially since I was also planning on buying the Gear S2 through you guys to use Samsung Pay, which would be worthless without you supporting it. I know iPhones have bigger market share, but would you say they couldn't use Apple Pay?
