So recently I have been having been having issues with my phone connecting to my wifi in my home. At first i thought it was the modem itself so i ordered a whole new modem and still same issue. So i tried to wireless settings in the modem everything is as it should be, so now i am convinced that it has to do something with the phone itself. The issue at hand is that I can connect to the wifi as long as my phone is on and using it but as soon as my phone shuts off for more than 25 seconds or so the wifi disconnects and then I have to go back into my wifi switch and choose the connection I want to connect to and put in the pass key each and every time I want to connect back to the wifi so throughout the day i'm doing this continuously at least like 10-15 times a day. Please help

No it doesn't, that's a good thing lol. I'm not sure then. Have you looked into the router settings? Not just the modem.

There should be a setting to "remember" the connection, or automatically connect when this connection is available - is that checked? Do you SAVE the connection after entering the password info?

How old is your router? If you have an older router maybe you need to get the newest ones out that can handle more devices. I had to replace mine because kept having devices disconnecting from router because with all devices was more than router could handle and when trying to get things to reconnect would take over 1 hour to get it to make a connection.

DrOiD3993, don't panic! Help is here. On the Droid Razr, for security purposes, you will always need to enter a password to connect to your WiFi. I apologize for this inconvenience. For more device support, click http://bit.ly/y5iuoj
