I'm glad that helped you, but it's not a permanant solution. If it works fine in safe mode, that means there is a third party program causing the problem. I would normally suggest a hard reset on the device, but if you want to know which app is doing it, you can boot the phone normally and start removing apps 1 by 1

That's an odd issue. So you've verified that it works when bluetooth is off? Or is it when you're connected to a device via bluetooth?
