Why won't my droid turbo power on?

Battery ran out last night while I was at a friends house, put it on their charger for the night. It will not power on. When I unplug and plug it back in I get a tiny bright green light coming from the top of the device, but that fades out and the phone won't power on.

Can contact Verizon customer service because I can't create an online account for this phone without getting a text message code to verify. Thanks guys, that's real helpful.

Battery voltage kick

You may have gone below you phone's cut-off voltage with a too deep discharge to that 3900 mAh battery.

Try to restart the phone in a safe mode to reduce app use and voltage draw as this will allow an easier restart cycle.

Do this while the original AC charger is plug in to your phone. This will allow a small voltage spike to restart your charging cycle. If your battery was pulled down too low you may need to return the phone for a new battery install.
