after last weeks update, phone will write protect micro sd card. card will work fine when placed into a computer. tried other micro cards and all were imeediately write protected after being placed into phone. However, all cards aworked just fine in other devices and computer? How do i stop phone from write protecting card? I have reformatted micro sd card and no help. never had any issues until a few minutes after service update last week. card was working fine minutes before update.
two things i forgot to mention: 1. i can view files on the micro sd card, i just cannot move, copy, delete, or rename files. 2. i can move, copy, delete and rename files in safe mode.
Wserra, thanks for these details. Are you able to edit, delete, and move media files on that memory card when it's inserted into your computer?
