My backup assistant plus is not working, now that the system has updated. Of course that means that I am not linking to my wireless system. I attempted to clear the cache, etc. but my applications manager button does not include backup assistant plus as an option. How is the cache cleared and reset under those circumstances?

Backup Assistant is Verizon Cloud now. Another solution is to use your Google account to back things up like contacts and such.
