Why do I keep getting an error message when I try to set up Droid Zap?

Every time I try to get started with the Droid Zap" app on my Droid Maxx, I keep getting an error message saying, "Unable to connect at this time, try again later."  This has been happening for 3 weeks now.

tabascobulldog, sorry to hear that you're having troubles with that application, but we'd be hqappy to help. What model of device are we working with? Are all other data services working? Have you tried using the app with both Mobile Data and WiFi? What about uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Any recent changes since this started happening? New apps or software updates?
