Why has my 4GLTE been intermittent at best and most often not working at all? Irvine, CA. I've been on the phone with Verizon both yesterday and today and we work through the customer service fix list and they say if it's still bad in 24 hours call back. What good is that? Anyone else having 4G issues? Can I turn off 4G and surf 3G only until they get the 4G sorted out?
