I ordered mine on 4/5 and I still havent gotten a tracking # .. they only sent me an email saying this (Your order is currently on hold. We were unable to take payment with the information provided. Please call us at 866-338-7390 to proceed with your order.) I immediately called and the rep said not to worry.. but still worried that it wont get here by tomorrow's launch date and expected delivery of 4/11

I would call back and verify just to be safe. I got an email from Verizon
telling me that my order was cancelled, so I called them and the customer
service rep said it was cancelled, but the fraud department said it wasn't
and everything was fine. I then called back two more times to verify and
each time, the customer service rep said the order was not cancelled. The
following morning I got another email saying my order was cancelled and I
could contact verizon if I wanted to place the order again. I called their
customer service number and the customer service rep told me that it was
actually cancelled the day before and it wasn't reprocessed. Take a few
minutes to call back and verify again if you have the time. It may save
you a headache later.

Im gonna go into the store once I get out of class to see whats up.. im going to tell them if I can just cancel and go in and pick it up tomorrow.. thanks man

My GS5 arrived at the FedEx delivery station this morning for delivery
tomorrow...less than 5 miles from my house and they said pick up is not
allowed. Waiting for new techy toys, of course, is not my strong suite.

Verizon has removed the download booster from the S5, along with AT&T and
Sprint. Has anyone else heard about this?

Not surprising. Its cheaper for them that way. The less people on their network the more money they make since were still paying for their service and they dont have to supply it. Just takes away a great feature from the phone. Way to be cheap verizon (though your not the only one).

Some BS I guess some that got the s5 with the edge plan the phones are on hold cause the system is down or something ordered mine on 4/5 and still hasn't shipped

well, I'm happy to say that I have mine and I'm very pleased. I was patient enough, and now I have it. Just trust me you will enjoy it when you get it.

I preordered the S5 and ended up canceling it so I could get the iPhone 5S. I'm happy with my decision. The S5 looks like a great phone. I'll probably hold off until the S6 or S7 comes out.

It's very fast and the camera on the 5s is really sharp too. How is the fingerprint scanner on the S5? Any problems with it?
