After a fruitless hour of my life was wasted chatting with Verizon, the only answer I got was to buy an S4 on Edge and upgrade when the s5 comes out. USELESS.

There's so much conflicting information with all this. Someone over at

Android Forums (Galaxy S5 thread) said that the manager at his local VZW

store told him that Verizon will definitely have the Galaxy S5 by the 11th.

How is it that one store is saying this, while pretty much all others are

saying they don't know anything?

How do you change your screen name? I didn't want my real name on here.

Your real name isn't on here. At least I assume your real name is NOT Jimmy4knuckles. When you are signed in on your account, YOU can see your name. No one else can see your real name if your real name is something other than Jimmy4knuckles.

What a sorry excuse for a decent phone company. Seems as if they just keep getting worse and worse. Tisk tisk. I wish I didn't need to stay on Verizon because I would switch in a second!

LTE is not true 4G.  HSPA+ is as much 4G is LTE is...4G is defined as 100mbps download by the IMT-Advanced specs.  LTE uses a packet switching protocol that is different than 3G, The ITU-R noted that no one has met true 4G so said that anyone who has a technology that significantly improves the speed and capabilities of original 3G specs can use the term "4G" as it represents an advancement toward the ideal...this includes LTE, HSPA+, and WiMAX.  NO ONE has true 4G yet.
