Thanks you!!! Even sprint released it before them and sprint sucks! Verizon, you may be known for all of your LTE coverage. But your #1 ranking May be taken over by AT&T

I am very disappointed in Verizon and need them to start preorders before April 2. My plan month of Virgin Mobile starts April 2 and I need to order with Verizon first to switch my number. If no details are announced before then, I am going to have to use AT&T...

Hopefully Verizon will have it by then. AT&T has awful LTE coverage, and their so called "4G" really isn't LTE, just a faster version of 3G. HSPA+ isn't 4G. LTE is 4G

Yes. It is a year in and year out problem with Verizon.

I am being 100% serious in saying I am going to AT&T if the pre-orders don't start before April 2nd. I broke my phone on Virgin Mobile but have kept paying for the plan so I can transfer the number to my GS5 and I am not paying for another month so I guess AT&T here I come???

Also I have no problem with the M8, it's a great phone but I have had the HTC One V for a few years now and it is so bad I can't force myself to buy another HTC. It currently has a resale value of $1 if that shows the quality...

I love to talk up Verizon for fast LTE in more areas than the competition, but I hide my head in the sand when a new device is coming out, because I inevitably know that means I get to look forward to lies from Verizon about "why" their customers are forced to wait ridiculous amounts of time with ZERO updates or answers to questions. "Oh, we need to make sure the device is fined tuned and ready to run on our <insert buzz word> network". In other words, Verizon needs to load it up with bloatware/spyware before releasing it. I feel really bad for the customer service reps who are clearly asked/expected to lie, and some are dumb enough to believe the lies they  perpetuate. Let it be known Verizon, you fool no one. If your reps ever get a customer to nod in agreeance, it's because the customer simply realized that it's a futile effort to attempt to get legit information from the company. I've been with Verizon since it's inception in 04', and the account is 19 years old. For the past decade, this is the crap I have accepted, and it won't be tolerated for much longer.

I feel ya my phone broke on the 4th and I have nothing now. Verizon, do you even care? Edward is a potential Verizon customer but you're not going to get him if you keep this up! Also, you'll lose 2 customers, second one being me if I can't preorder this GS5 by April 2nd

Preorders are just a gimmic to raise expectations.  Put yourself on that list and you are on there with thousands of others. When they do begine to ship it's a slow moving line that stretches to no end and you have no idea where you are on that line.   A week after they start shipping and you haven't received any notification of yours shipping you will be back on here compaining about no phone, no word, and crappy Verizion service.  So instead of looking out the window for the Fed Ex truck every day, I will go down to the corportate store and have my phone within the hour of leaving my house, If I decide to buy it.

My contract has been up for 4 months. I am leaving verizon if this is not resolved and they do not put out information on when the phone will be available. I have been a loyal customer for years, but no more. Verizon has been living too much off previous reputations, often great deals to new customers, and the people who have been with them for years have suffered. This is the last straw for me with verizon.
