When will Kit Kat be available for my HTC One?

I still don't have Kit Kat available for download on my HTC One. Any idea when that will happen?  I was told by Verizon support a few weeks ago that March 7, 2014 was the release date for the "pull".

Have you manually checked for it? What version of the OS are you running currently?

Yep.  I check it manually every morning.  Operating 4.2.2.

I understand you're excited about Kit Kat and I'm glad you checked in with us..Your phone at this time should be on 4.4 if all updates have been completed. Do you recall declining to update one of them in the past? You may have to back up the phone and complete a factory reset to attempt the update again.

Here are some steps to assist with making sure that update has fully been pushed to your device http://vz.to/1fYqhsJ If you are still having issues, you might need to master reset the phone to see if that can help push the update http://vz.to/OqXUHP Please keep us posted on the results.
