I'm not sure with whom to be more disgruntled, prolly Motorola, though Verizon may well have its hand in the ultimate decision as well. What gets me, I am forced to rely on xda-Devs and the like to get upgrades for my X2, while my wife with her HTC Incredible 2 (which, btw, we got at the same time with our new, switch-from-sprint accounts in January 2012) is getting her ICS OS soon, it seems.
Would be a nice change to get a smartphone from someone with a customer-friendly attitude, instead of the money-hungry ones available. Thanks for the vent, now off to Motorola's site to say more of the same.
