When I make calls I can hear people, but they cant hear me...also voicemail password is wrong, only in certain places?

Hi,

So as of about two weeks ago my phone decided that as long as I'm in my house my voicemail password is not right, so it says. However if I drive half a mile down the road it's suddenly correct again. Also, sometimes when I make or receive phone calls at my house I can hear whoever is on the other end but they can't hear me. This is only as of about two weeks ago. Up until then I've had no problems what so ever at my house. Ugh, someone help.
