What is wrong with my WAZE GPS?

I'm having a problem with my GPS on Waze. The location is on and the app suggested to go on GPS test which I did and to follow the instructions to clear the gps which has been done and still the GPS status shows a red dot in the GPS status. Can you help me with this matter
