Since the 4.3 update, I can't seem to figure out how to turn off mobile data at will. I see my only option in the quick settings menu is airplane mode which shuts off everything. Any reasons, solutions, workarounds? Why do I feel like this is another attempt at Verizon to prevent people from managing their mobile data and help assure that they go over without knowing it? Some insight would be appreciated.
