I have data on my phone but for some reason i cant get on the web or download anything

Well that is certainly odd and we want to make sure that your phone is working as it should be. How long has this been going on exactly? Are you receiving any specific error messages? Is this for a Prepaid line of service or contract? Are all other services working such as calling and texting?
