Yes, a NEXUS. I tried one of those for about 10 days, paid full price for it cause I was not due for an upgrade. Took it back cause the battery would have to be charged 2/3 times a day and I was a light user. Just take a look at the NEXUS forum see the many complaints about it. You may want to stop by the GS3 forum as well and see those complaints. I have the GS3 now and I have no complaint. I like this phone real well. I got rid of my MAXX for the SG3 after I saw the SG3 was going to work ok. I don't know what will happen when the give us JB in place of ICS. They gave us ICS on the MAXX and the battery life was about half of what it was before ICS. If JB cut the battery life on SG3 any I will have to get rid of it. We don't have 4G where I am at yet only 3G. Now Apple is including all the Samsung product in the suit and will probably be allowed the request I have no doubt because of were the suit is located. It appears to me with the stock of Samsung crashing like it is, Samsung won't have the money to spend on research and development. I would say the next MFG Apple will go after is the MOTO Mobil.
Verizon has enough choice to cover everything..
there will always be a small minority that are fan boys and need a specific device (even if 3 others do the same thing equal or better).. verizon can't win everyone

Ok??? I dont see your chain of thought... You will go to Sprint to get better options? Sprints service is worse, customer service is a bit to be desired and they dont really have a 4G network (Wimax is Clear service that is far from 4G)
I am in no way saying any company is superior but this thought that so many have that leaving one company for a device with resolve their issues isn't sound... Usually change one evil for another.
A new phone is useless without service to use the device...
