You have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they remove voicemail from your line to remove voicemail completely.

Hi, LAS972. I understand you don't want your voicemail any longer, and you're interested in turning it off. I want to help. To gain clarity, what has caused you not to want your voicemail anymore? Which voicemail do you have (basic voicemail, visual voicemail)? What is the make and model of your device?
