Why would a company not offer refund for the unused portion of the month the service was cancelled in? Why would they keep on telling me procedure, procedure, procedure.... pass me from department to department.... and then still tell me they can't do anything?
I never signed any thing that stated this 'procedure'. I don't pay for services unless they are offered to me. Clearly it 3/4 of the month wasn't offered. Really... $134 of service for 7 days??? What makes you think this is correct business practice.
You will never ever get my business back. I will tell all my friends & family to go elsewhere when their contract ends and make sure anyone selling verizon junk in a store looses all nearby customers.

You did too agree to it. Read Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Please do tell everyone. Verizon has screwed me over big time. By stealing my iPad and making me pay for it. I have told all my friends and family which is about 20 VZW contracts. And half of them said there going to cancel.

Verizon stole your Ipad? How did that happen? I don't think 20 people leaving are going to make them go bank rupt.
