Verizon is preventing me from switching new phones. Why is that?.

I just upgraded my phone to a new one and want to switch with my daughter.  I thought I could do that online but Verizon does not allow me to do that.  Is their something that I need to do before switching phones in the same family account?

Just swap the sim cars. If they're different sizes, go to a store and get new ones

Have you activated your new phone on your line?  What phones are you switching?  It may be as simple as swapping SIM cards.
