Verizon email sync not working on 4G.....HELP!

Well after seeing all the chatter online about email not syncing, which started about June 6-7. I called Verizon and after my many pointed questions the tech person said there was an issue with 4G, but that I should call my email provider or it could be my HTC Thunderbolt itself. Tech support was horrible as usual and won't admit it is a VERIZON PROBLEM! Anyone else with the same issues?

Try using k-9 mail

Haven't heard of email not working on 4g, on any phone

I, too, have not seen any 4G related email issues. Who is your email provider? Are you seeing any error messages when email is not syncing? I look forward to your reply.

I have had my Rezound since June 26, 2012.   My first smartphone.  I'm doing fine with it...but.  While my AOL.com email worked initially, it has not updated since that first day, all the old emails are still on  there and I am unable to send any emails.  So yes, I'm having email problems too, with 4G.  What to do????

I am getting an error message when trying to sync to Yahoo.  The error says "Getting Token Failed"  I am frustrated and don't know how to fix this.  Please if someone knows please post.

In a fit of frustration my husband went to his browser, typed in yahoo mail enter, signed in, and the phone went to a different screen that you had to sign in again and then you had to click the add account seems to have resolved the issue.

Hi Adam, this is happening to both my phone and my wife's phone. we have both Comcast and Google email accounts. Appears to sync when it is in 3G mode and sporadically in 4G mode.
