Verizon could care less about customer loyalty!!

I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. I have never missed a payment and have 4 lines at $220.00/month. Add that up I have paid Verizon over $26,000.00. Pretty sick to think about when it is all written down. Now you would think that as a loyal customer I could get some perks or a new phone every once in a while but that will never happen. I just purchased the Note 3 a few weeks ago. They are now offering them at half price so I called to see if they would price match since it has been less than 30 days since I purchased the phone, but of course their anwers is no.....will be looking for a customer sevice driven company who care about loyal customers....any suggestions?

You are not loyal. You are paying for service to the cellular and data network. That is it period.

No provider is going to do anything more than the other.

Buying items that drop in price is very common today.

If you leave I would recommend going prepay and this way you will pay less for service and less for the device.
