Not happy with Verizon Wireless Sales Office. Purchased 2 beautiful Samsung Galaxy 3 phones. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful, however, we did not get our discount or rebate information. Now that I can't file a rebate, I am out $100 bucks. I realize they need to get customers in and out, but they need to finish all transactions. This is why I switched from Sprint. I called Verizon Wireless Corporate and was told that the offices aren't Verizon. Verizon Wireless Corporate need to then place more oversight to their Sale Office partners.

Take a look here and see if it helps you get your rebate. You may have everything you need. http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/faqs/AccountManagement/faq_rebates.html?lid=sayt&sayt=reb...

Which location did you purchase these phones from?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

We don't want to leave you unhappy and without the rebate you expected, Igarta. The information that japetty provided is a great resource, since it details how you can print any needed documents and even pre-submit your rebate online. Do you happen to have the address to the store you made your purchase at? Or do you remember what city and state it was in, and possibly the street it's on? What date was your purchase made? I'd love to help see if there's a way you can get your rebates on those awesome new phones.
Thank you

Igarta,
Gotcha. May I ask if you still have the boxes for the phones? Also, have you contacted us about this yet? If so, what were you advised?

Boxes gone long time ago. Called Verizon store, they referred us to the
Verizon Rebate Center. Each stating they cannot help us. Facebook,
Customer Service, Email Us.
I appreciate your help.

Hi Igarta,
I certainly understand how important it is to have this resolved. In order to fully process your rebate you would need to retain the UPC codes from the box. I do apologize for the misinformation that has been provided. Unfortunately the timeframe for this rebate has passed and would be ineligible for rebate at this time, thanks!

Ran into the same issue with my wife's Droid 4. Sales did not say anything about requiring to submit anything, and in the past my rebates were all handled in the store and sent to me.
Similarly, I'm months over that time period - so I'm out that $50.
Yet another money hungry move by Verizon, or another indication of poor training and management to their staff. Either explanation another nail in the coffin that is my account with Verizon.
