They also reported the GS4, which already got the update before all other US carriers, shockingly, and are supposed to be updating the Note 2 and GS3 this month. The Gs3 on Nov 22, and the Note 2 right after. With the updates comes compatibility with their new watch which is why they are trying to get the updates out asap right now. And will probably be the last ones too.

My RAZR M keeps giving me messages that it can't connect while I'm in the middle of a game or text. Then I get an alert and have to close it to get back to what I'm doing. It is connected. This just started after the update I had to download and install on Saturday, Nov. 9. Is there a way to uninstall the update? This is very annoying!

As for the new OS once it's updated there is no going back to the Previous but as for the app you installed yes you can uninstall it find your settings then apps > go to Downloaded or Downloaded Apps then scroll to the app in Question open that app you have three things you can do Clear the Cache, clear the Data on the App or Uninstall the App. once you perform the task hit home and then i'd power cycle the Phone..
One other thing you can try first and it might help the phone is to do a Clearing of the System Cache it basically clears all of you caches in one Sweep..

I didn't download an app. It was a Verizon software update. I keep getting a message that it can't connect, even though it's connected. There is a spinning thing in the middle of the screen and I can't do anything until it finishes. I've had this phone over a year and this has never happened until I downloaded and installed this update yesterday. Now it happens constantly.

Just happened again - this is the message I get, "please wait while we prepare this application for use..." So annoying! I've never had this before and now it's all the time!
After it spins for awhile, I get an "ALERT" that says, "Sorry we're having trouble connecting. Make sure you have a good signal and try again." and gives an error code of 1001.

I also updated my Razr M and have had no connection issues so far. This sounds like a 3rd party app conflict with the new software. Try uninstalling and re-installing the game. If you are using a 3rd party texting app,do the same with that. If that doesn't fix it, hard reset and re-install. This update doesn't seem to have done a whole lot for this phone.
