I backed up phone data using Cloud, then did a factory reset. I then restored messages, photos, etc. it didn't give me an option of restoring contacts.
When I go into the Contacts app, I only have a few contacts. But if I go into Cloud, I can see the other 200+ contacts. But these are not accessible when I am dialing or texting. How do I integrate them on my Note Edge?

Cannonball3804,
Having your contacts available is important. We're here to help. It's good to know that they are saved, but let's make sure they show up. In your Contacts app, if you go into your Settings, what contacts are set to be displayed? What model of phone do you have?

When I go into Contacts and select Settings, in my accounts it shows Cloud. I am using a Samsung Note Edge.

But I'm getting the "No Internet Connectivity" message a lot when I click on Cloud. Doesn't make sense because Wi-Fi is on and connected. I can access the Internet.
