Verizon Cloud Update HELP

If my answer is out there, i cannot find it. (Droid Mini) Verizon cloud updated on my phone and now it tells me

"No Internet Connectivity"

"We have detected your phone does not have internet connectivity.

Cloud can still help you copy your content over a WI-FI network.

By choosing "copy between devices" you represent that you

have read and agreed to Verizon Cloud

Terms of Service. "

then i have 2 boxes that say

Exit | Copy Between Devices

Ok now first of all I am NOT CHANGING devices. I do not need other content from any other "device".

when i hit "copy between devices" (because i just want my cloud back) it then wants me to either

copy content FROM this phone

                    OR

copy content TO this phone.

then it wants to search for device and try to PAIR.

WTH??? I dont want to do anything with another device. i just want my normal cloud and cloud settings in which i cannot

get to with this new update. i uninstall the update. everything comes back. but then in updates over and over again.

PLEASE HELP?????

Oh and FYI there is nothing wrong with my WI-FI

You might try this...  remove and reinstall the Verizon Cloud App. Worked for a couple of problems I had w other apps in the past.

i cant uninstall cloud. i can only uninstall the update

Sounds like you are using the vzw content transfer app.On the cloud app in app Mgr forcestop/ clear data and go into cloud hit 3 lines on left go content restore

I am not the only one who is having this same problem. so i just turned off my play store auto update and uninstalled the cloud update for now until verizon figures this out. if you read the reviews under the cloud update in play store the whole page of reviews is people with the same problem as I. (droid mini, droid ultra etc....)

So i will wait it out i guess and in ithe meantime still use the original cloud until i have no choice or just get [removal required by].

And yes tbo27 it is just like the content transfer app. they obviously slipped up and messed up somewhere when the update was born

i been set up online at my verizon since the beginning of verizon. Anyway. my cloud is fine in MyVerizon. everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be. On my phone i cannot use the cloud update because it wants me to pair devices in which i DO NOT need to do. this is Cloud not Content Transfer. I just want to UPDATE Cloud and have my cloud. i should be able to keep my phone on "auto update" and when it updates cloud for the 50th time i dont want to have to uninstall the update because it keeps asking me to pair and content transfer. Again I DO NOT NEED TO DO THAT. I Just want to see everything in my clould. unfortunately i cannot see everything in my cloud until i uninstall the new update. i hope this as clear as i could possibly be so you do not need to ask me another question before you guys do something to fix this problem. again i am not the only on having this same problem.
